Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
DropsFind offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore all core features during the trial period at no cost. No charge is made until you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
2. Subscription Payments
All paid subscriptions (Basic and Pro) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until the period ends. We do not charge cancellation fees.
4. Refund Eligibility
We do not offer full or partial refunds on subscription payments. However, if you cancel your subscription, we will refund the value of your remaining unused credits for the current billing period, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Credits that have already been used
- The base subscription fee for the current or past periods
- Annual plans cancelled mid-term
5. Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside the standard policy at our discretion in cases of:
- Significant service outages or technical failures caused by us
- Duplicate charges due to billing errors
- Charges made after a confirmed cancellation
In such cases, please contact us within 30 days of the charge.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice and will not apply retroactively to existing subscriptions.
