1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DropsFind ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DropsFind is a SaaS tool that helps eBay sellers identify profitable Amazon-to-eBay dropshipping opportunities by analysing seller stores, matching products, and generating pricing suggestions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

DropsFind offers a 7-day free trial and paid plans (Basic and Pro) billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. We do not store payment card details.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued unless required by law.

6. Credits

Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over. Unused credits expire and are non-refundable.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Service; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) share your account with others; (d) attempt to circumvent any usage limits or access controls.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks in the Service are owned by DropsFind or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that product matches, pricing suggestions, or seller scores are accurate or will result in profit. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropsFind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
